Knuckleball Lover
I've been fooling with this entry: <batterpitcher> 135 BadAccuracyXlat which is set to 5x10-1 by default (one of the numbers at least). I've set this down to like 0.7x10-1 and I'm seeing less of the mistake marker, but the pitches are still missing the mark. Interesting thing is that the CPU hitters will swing at them because the mistake marker isn't there. If I could figure out why the CPU pitchers are still showing mistakes (although not as much as before) this could be something to work with. Maybe, just maybe one day I'll make file worth releasing. spedballer
Isnt it normal for a picther to miss his spot every now and then? There arent many guys that hit their exact spot on every pitch, close but not spot on.
Knuckleball Lover
Certainly, I mean the mistake pitch marker (you know the red or blue circle or the yellow x) I want more missing, but I don't want it to be shown immediately (meaning the pitch was totally terrible). Actually, I don't want the missing to be that bad, just enough to be off the plate.
spedballer
Ah I see. With Rodkey's #4 datafile, I find that hard throws with early releases tend to equal pitch markers, but throws inside your stamnia range with early releases tend to only miss their spots but arent "crush me" pitches. Are you using his datafile?
