Gamemon Usb Converter For Ps2

I have a gamemon universal usb converter that i have used for a long time with my ps2 controller on mvp 2005. I recently reformatted my hard drive and now i cannot get the .cfg to work the same since i reinstalled the game. All hte drivers are up to date but the buttons are inverted. Can anyone please help me get the right configuration back? Thank You.

Yes. The axis are fine. Circle on my ps2 controller swings, cuts replays etc and throws the fastball. All the things X should do. I cant throw to the right bases. The controller works, but all of the buttons are mapped wrong. I tried remapping them in the .cfg file but it still wont work. Select pauses and functions like the start button. I had it fine from a poster on here a while back, but since I reconfigured my hard drive, it got erased and now I cant get it back. Its a gamemon usb universal adapter and it has worked perfectly before, I just need to get the right configuration. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Ahh, in that case, it is just the config file you need to fix - the controller is working fine.

Post the contents of your controller.cfg file and a note of which button represents which button name (button 1 = triangle, button 2 = circle etc.) and we should be able to sort it.

I have been trying random configurations ive found on this board but none of them seem to work right. Here is the current configuration. In control panel testing, triangle = button 1, circle button 2, x button 3 and square button 4. L2=5, R2=6, L1=7, R1=8. Start = 9, select = 10. L3=11 and R3=12. Here is the current configuration

Odd, the config seems to be correct. Try just changing the third line, player=0, to player=1, and see if that helps. If not, try this. This is my controller.cfg file, so might not be exactly the mapping you want, but it should allow for some experimentation. Don't forget to back up your original. Also, remember to change the proile and device names to PS_TO_PC_CONVERTER to match your system and controller.
