andy82
Okay, for my birthday I decided to buy a new one as my original graphics card is old and struggles with MVP05 (ATI Radeon 9250). My new one is a Gigabyte (ATI) Radeon HD4650, and my computer seems to have all the required stats needed to run the bad boy. However, my power cables have 4 pin molex, but the adapter into the card only has 3 female pins with a spare one (There's only one ground wire), and basically the card isn't getting any power from the red wire because it's connected to nothing. Sorry for the poor explanation, as much as I know about computers, power within them is something I know little about lol.
golfguy10
You're messin with signaling rates with different voltages etc. Check these guys out. Maybe they have an adaptor that will work. http://www.svc.com

golfguy10
Just by relocating a wire in the adapter? There's different voltage rates for the type of AGP port. I don't know for sure. If you just bought the card I'm not sure I would test this in fear of roasting the card. Good luck.
