cococrispy
Hi, I am just wondering, what are some differences between All-Star and Pro? Is it just batting or is their other attributes like speed?
cococrispy
Oh sorry, I meant All-Star in the title not All-Pro.
JoeRudi26
I've played on both levels pretty extensively, and the biggest thing I noticed is the pitching. On All-Star level, the opposing pitchers have the ability to paint the corners with precision the entire game, and at least from my own experiences, you may get 1 or 2 pitches to drive per at bat. On Pro level, and depending on the sliders, you see more pitches catch more of the plate. Again, it may have been a combination of sliders, etc., I really don't know, but I played a whole season on All-Star level and averaged about 5-6 hits, 2-4 runs per game. I consider myself an average to above average player (5 years now), so it really didn't have much to do with poor skill level. That said, I tweaked my game for nearly an entire month at the beginning of this season, even dropping down to Pro level to see if I could get some balance with the sliders. I have to say, not only am I getting the most realistic results I've ever gotten with MVP, the games are always a challenge, and blowouts only happen from time to time. Through 140 games played manually this season, I've seen maybe 5 blowouts, neither of which were one sided. Anyway, hope this helps.
