SFGiantsPBA
Ok even on ESPN.com I can't get a true pitch factor on pitchers so I would like to know if there is a source I can use to find the total actual pitches a pitcher throws. My Goal is to set correct pitches on pitchers for MVP 2005 and I can't find a good enough source to help me on this. Please only respond with a genuine reply thanks. five
Back in May or June, somebody posted a link to a book on Amazon, that had that kind of information. It would have most of the pitchers in it. Edit: After searching for a bit, I think I found the book I was remembering. Check out this thread. The book in question can be found here on Amazon. I Found a great Book Baseball Prospectus 2005 : Statistics, Analysis, and Insight for the Information Age by Baseball Prospectus Team of Experts. I might just go get 2004 for like 10 bucks. SFGiantsPBA
This book just might be the one I need if it gives the pitches and all players stats I can make a real nice roster. Does anyone Have this book and if so does it tell you all the pitchers pitch types each pitcher throws ?
JaFFiTh
I just got that Guide to Pitchers book today, eventhough it has lots of pitchers with pitches, but not alot from this year, since i looked thru the jays, not even Roy Halladay, or Ted Lilly in the book, so it's not exactly as good as i thought.
