Help With Controller

Hi Im new to the whole editing the MVP 05 thing. Im still using the MVP 05 engine but with updated rosters. Im using a PS3 conroller with all the latest drivers installed. I only have a few problems during Gamelay:

1. No sliding response, I cant slide at all even tho the controller has a Right Analog stick. Sometimes the players slide auto but not due to me.

2. No Diving/Jumping in the field at all. This seems to also be connected with the Right Stick

3. No Leadoff control. Again this seems to be controlled by the right Analog as well.

4. No Pick-off control, I cannot do Pickoffs at all. I have tried any number of combinations and it doesnt work.

5. Manager Argue? I cant seem to be able to argue unless I go to the menu. I remember in the Gamecube version I had, You could hold B when theyre showing the replay and your manager would come out to argue and then theres the whole Argue mini-game.

Any help with this would be greatly apreciated. Also, it doesnt seem to be a problem with the controller because I use it for GTA and all the buttons work and both Analogs work too, maybe this has to do with the Controller Configuration which I have seen ppl talking about,a file called "controller.cgf"??
