baseballfans
http://study5.info/james-camerons-autograph-signing-dispute.html/3295 James Cameron’s Autograph signing dispute Here’s a video of James Cameron wherein a fan asked him for a signature. James Cameron the director of “The Avatar” called the autograph seeking fan a fcuk*g a**hole. As the James past the man asking for his signature he told that “I don’t owe you a f**king signature … just get out of my f**king personal space.” My goodness what a harsh word from the acclaim director and because of upset the man said “I’m an a$$h0le because I ask someone I admire for their autograph that makes me an a**hole? I make $15-an-hour at work to go see your film and I’m an a**hole?”. Let’s here James Cameron response over this dispute.

vbprogjoe
I don't think I'll EVER see this stupid movie, as I don't understand the premise of the darn thing. I didn't like "Titanic," and this thing looks even more like a "snoozer". I do like science fiction though, as I loved the new "Star Trek," was impressed with the latest "Transformer" movies, liked the first two "Star Wars" remakes, and found the Stargate movie and series very interesting. This menagerie just seems like a "joke," and if I do ever see it, I'll wait for it to come on cable on TNT or TBS, as one of their new classics... Gordo
...and yet some people are reportedly suffering from "I can't live in Avatar and must return to my own shitty world" syndrome. I'm not kidding. Apparently, some people are even becoming suicidal because they gone to see this movie and then they can't wake up the next day in it. I would pay to see a Triumph the Comic Dog piece on this. Wake up people....it's just the Pocahantas story redone with special effects and blue creatures. Jim825
I don't think I'll EVER see this stupid movie, as I don't understand the premise of the darn thing. I didn't like "Titanic," and this thing looks even more like a "snoozer". I initially had the same mindset until my wife and three high school age daughters saw it and came home raving about it. They kept telling me that night how great the movie was and how I HAD to see it. Two days later (during school vacation after Christmas), I agreed to see it with them. I have to admit that I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. For a movie that is almost 3 hours long, it moved along extremely quickly. The special effects were very well done and it is very easy to get immersed in the alien world, especially if you see the movie in 3-D. There are plenty of explosions and things blowing up, so most guys won't get bored... It's just the opposite of a "snoozer" and I wouldn't be surprised if it did well at this year's Academy Awards. My wife and daughters are actually going to see the movie again next week with some of my daughters' friends. I remember walking out of the theater telling my wife that this movie might be enough for me to consider getting a Blu-Ray player when it comes out on video. I can't imagine watching it on a regular DVD player. It just wouldn't do the movie justice.

I can't imagine watching it on a regular DVD player. It just wouldn't do the movie justice. Maybe for the special effects... It might, indeed, be worth seeing just for that in itself. For the storyline... That is what I find will probably be a "snoozer" (for me, anyway). Obviously, people are seeing it in droves, and it will probably win awards. However, I find that most films that are hyped by winning all these awards, usually fall flat in the end. I could be wrong, I suppose, but I seriously am doubting it... I appreciate the explanation of the idea I could be wrong though, so thanks for your viewpoint. Anything is possible, I just don't envision me going and running out to see this baby. I'll wait until it goes on cable, and see it for "free," that way if it is a disappointment, I can fall asleep or change the channel! Sincerely, --- vbprogjoe (Joe W.)
