As with any contest of this magnitude, there are stipulations and some limitations that will prevent some from participating. First, you have to be signed in online in either the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 version of MLB 2K10 during your efforts. Second, you must be a resident of the United States and not live in Arizona, Connecticut, Maryland, North Dakota or Vermont. Your submission must be made between March 2 at 12:01 AM PST and May 2. The recording of your pitching achievement will be verified by Twin Galaxies International, the same company that handles Guinness Book of Records entries.

So, let's see, residents of Arizona, Connecticut, Maryland, North Dakota or Vermont and anyone resident outside the U.S. is exempt, as well as PC gamers.

Better chance of winning the lottery than winning this, and that's if you're even eligible, and before you pick up the controller.
