The Yankee Faithful
^topic. How will you handle Spring Training? Will you play like a reg. season game. Or will you play bench players most of the games so you dont have your starters injured? I think I will take it slow. Have my pitchers pitch atleast 4-5 innings...etc.
SolidWing68
I might have a few of my starters play a few innings then bring some bench players in, but I really want to let everyone play an inning at least, and let everyone get in there..don't wanna have anyone feeling left out. slugger
Starters pitch 3 innings, two in one game. Relievers pitch the last 3 innings. The last 5 games, the chosen 5 pitchers will go 7 innings. Players in the starting lineup will play up to the top of 5th. The Bench will play the rest of the game. Guys fighting for positions or minor leaguers will get majority of the playing time. endeavor
Sorry, I am a bit confused, are you talking about MVP 2005, and what one will do with their team there in SPRING TRAINING? Is that the difference, that now you can really have a season preperation?

itmike
Ill play my top prospects for a few games just to see how I do with them, then sim the rest. Since the progression is totally unrelated to the spring training games it seems. Ill advance to the season several times until my guys progress "properly" then save. Yes, I know thats cheating and unrealistic but its my dynasty...

RaptorQuiz
Biggest bump in the history of mvpmods? Quite possibly. It wasn't so much a bump as a resurrection of Biblical proportions. (har har har, I made a reference to the James Cameron thread. I'm so funny - and topical!)
