tiedyed
You can change the way you hit if you do not like using the rstick. You just need to reconfigure your controller setup. I changed it to the A button to swing just to try it and it worked. Haven't really tested much, just wanted to see if i could hit with the buttons which I won't. I like the swing stick. Hollywood70
I have tried this without success. Not only could I not swing once I mapped "swing" to a button, somehow the mapping for many of my other buttons changed also, even though it didn't show in the config screen.. In other words, it was just a big mess.
tiedyed
You would have to remap everything but it does work
Hollywood70
Perhaps I will attempt a full remap this evening and give it a go. If I take a screenshot of my old 2k9 batting controls and use it as a guide, that will probably help me to not screw everything else up. Question is, why is there only one controller option labeled "swing" when there are three types of swings that are performed with the stick (power, regular, fight off pitch), and which one of those three are you getting when you map swing to a button? electro_cute
could someone find the way to open user and settings files in 2k saves folder? i've tried opening em with notepad but no luck, i've only managed to open the config file.
Hollywood70
You should still be able to aim with the left stick. This is true; I think that the ability to aim your swing via the left stick is greatly improved this year.
hackman2007
If someone gets the controls configured correctly, can you upload them please Should be one of the config files in the AppData folder (Config.cfg or Settings.STG, can't remember).
