If we want to be positive, we can believe they prioritized the list and rushed out a patch to fix major ones, with a second patch to follow in mid april as stated. I think that Ron does the best he can over at the 2K forums (moderating thousands and thousands of inane posts can't be easy), but I don't think that customer support is 2K's forte.
