DaveCenker
I know that there was a PC demo in last year's version that allowed you to play a couple innings. To me, this is important for two reasons ... (1) I'd like to see how my system stands up to the requirements and (2) I'd like to get a feel for the gameplay. I have purchased 'The Show' series for the past couple years on the PSP/PS2, but understand that it isn't moving forward as much as the 2K series may be (especially given the mod'ability of the series). I was an avid MVP player back in the day and would like to see what this game has to offer from a PC perspective ... Any input would be appreciated ... thanks! emath2432
It's not that 2k10 is moving forward all that much... It's just that it was such a piece of sh** last year that it had no where to go but up. I am loving The Show 10, but I also did enjoy the PS3 demo of 2k10. I might still try 2k10 PC once I get my PC upgrades installed, but I can't imagine (even with mods) that I could ever like it as much as I do The Show. I realize my post in no way answers your questions about a demo, so I apologize for that.
DaveCenker
No worries ... I was just in Best Buy today and was watching a few guys play MLB 10 The Show on the PS3 ... it's just sick ... in a good way! Unfortunately, I have yet to invest in a PS3. I have a PS2 and a PSP, but the support for both of these platforms has taken a step backwards. The PSP version of The Show doesn't support roster updates or online play anymore ... really sad in my estimation. I'm just investigating all my options, but geez ... after my Best Buy experience, I may just need to be pick up a PS3 and be done with it :-)
