Barrage
My first PC baseball purchase since the High Heat series. Feeling disappointed at this point is an understatement. Using the Logitech Dual gamepad. It is a rather cheap version, but on paper had all the features it should need. Problems: -Gamepad mapping does not stay. Try saving everything after changes, but end up having to remap everything. -When I finally get it mapped and start playing a game my pitch location feature with the left joystick can either be down the center or entirely to the other extreme. For example if I want to pitch outside a little, I can't it is outside left by 3-4 feet. So esentially I have to throw strikes down the middle or throw badly to make the ball hit outside of the center of the plate. Would a different gamepad resolve this? The 360 or ps3? Better logitech? MarkB
Make sure you're saving your profile (and any other options, don't have the game in front of me so can't remember which ones there are), and make sure you've configured your controller in Control Panel. Mark's absolutely right..You must save your profile or you lose your mapping. Try going to default settings and give that a try. If it works then make sure you save your profile. Mat
with regards to the left stick controls on a pc, as described in the original post, im having trouble aiming it with just the keyboard. I can only get the aim to be in the middle or at any of the extreme points. This is just for batting. Is there anyway to move the batting aim more accurately?
