Greg Putnam
Is there any reason why the developers could not be asked how to do the things we still don't know how to do as far as modding goes?
DonSPa
i have asked about where certain things are such as batting helmet colors and undershirts over at 2k thru emails and the response i get is that the developers wont share the info (my guess is they are afraid some people could do better and have better idea's then they do)I know alot of gaming companies dont always approve modding of their games, not sure if they are afraid people will make money doing mods or what.My feeling is mods make games better because who better has ideas than the people who play the games

You're not alone in your thinking. I considered this when I first started playing 2K10, but haven't done it yet. I have to e-mail Ron about some issues anyway, so I may just ask and see what he says. It can't hurt to ask, right? The worst they'll say is "no".
