To answer the question that you made before: actually no, altough Twins have a 6 games lead over the White Sox (with 6 games to play), which means that if they win next game they clinch the AL central. In the NL, altough no one clinched yet, it's pretty much sure that the Mets (1st in the east) and Phillies (1st in wild card) are going to make the postseason.
