EDIT - After checking out your screenshot above, it's your graphics card. Update your video card drivers and turn off helmet reflections in the video options. Looks like you may have the player models set to low or medium as well, which won't help. If this doesn't solve the problem, your graphics card isn't powerful enough to display the game's models, and you'll need a more powerful graphics card.
