Home Run Derby Question

I found this with the recent new mode, never realized before, maybe have been discussed but my search was not succesfull. I was playing a home run derby batting with Chipper Jones (base team Braves) and there is always a lefty pitcher for it, no way I can change it for a righty in the normal way by menu. How can I do it by modding a file or something, any tip on this???? best regards for all
