pitchleague
I was fooling around the other night with MLB2k10 and was checking out all the different defensive formations that you can set. I'm glad they seemed to have fixed that (remember last year when you couldn't change it with the #9 spot up to bat?) Anyways, when I switched to the outfield, I noticed that no matter which defensive alignment you went with in the outfield, the left fielder was pretty dang shallow. Even on the "deep" setting, CF and RF were deep and the LFer was pretty much at the same spot as always. As a result, the left fielder is the only player that I have that is consistently getting balls hit over his head. Not in CF or RF as much as LF (just about every fly ball hits the warning track when it should be caught, like in CF and RF.) I wouldn't have noticed this had I not tried to adjust things after getting sick of never catching deep drives to left field.
