59FIFTY Posted December 17, 2006 Share Posted December 17, 2006 Got a new mouse and tried to make a sig(cut the pictures my self:D) It's a Fatal1ty 1010 its kinda hard to cut out a picture with 1600 dpi so i used the orange resolution(800 dpi). abc006 Posted December 17, 2006 Share Posted December 17, 2006 Made a avatar too:D Compared to the sig i thinks its too light, what do you guys think?a simple way to make the cut-out look softer is to make a drop shadow on the cut-out (alpha to selection, then make the drop shadow), either black or white (or whatever you want), with the offsets 0, and the opacity around 60-80 or so. Then, you don't see the white edges as much. And they look good, you're getting better. I use certain fonts for certain sig types, lately I've been making alot of the same types lately so I am just gonna stick to my favorite fonts because no one else seems to be bothered by it.
