One overlay will overwrite another overlay all the time provided you do it correctly and it is obvious you have not done that. All overlays obviously look different but every overlay has these two files that you replace: 1.) IGONLY.BIG 2.) INGAME.BIG (both files found in the DATA\FRONTEND directory.) This has been talked about many times in the past. Please do a search.
