They're not really a website, but tools you can download on this website. To be honest, I am not sure many people are making CAPs for MVP anymore anyway. Dylan's calculators are the best way to go for ratings though, no doubt about it. Anyways, like it's been said in here previously, grab DylanBradbury's ratings calculators and read about what they do and how to run them properly and you'll be all set.
