Updating A Roster Into Mlb 2K10

I have WIN7 and I have just got the MLB 2K10 game and I have never done any modding of it yet....I downloaded the new rosters/portraits file but now I need to place the files where they need to go into the correct file(s) on my PC. I see where the first two files (portrait.iff and portrait.cdf) go but where do I place the Roster.ROS file? I can't find any file called "saves" or "application data" inside my MLB 2K10 main folder. I only find one main file on my PC called 2K Sports/2K MLB and they're inside the "My programs (286)". I recently had to purchase a new PC and now I'm new to WIN 7....I'm used to all the modding with XP with MVP 2005 over the years so now I'm a duck out of water....I haven't even got my feet really wet yet with the overall game....just thought why not for $30 since most of the MVP 2005 fans are forcibly heading that way.......................

Roster files don't go in your 2K Main folder, they go in the following (Win 7):

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\2K Sports\Major League Baseball 2K10\Saves

*Make sure your system is configured to show "Hidden Files/Folders".

You can also type: %APPDATA% in to the search bar when you click on the Windows 7 Start button/Orb button.

Then just click 2K Sports>MLB 2K10/Saves.
