Problem Changing Portraits In Mvpedit

i had trouble getting photos to show up in mvpedit. the only way i could get them to show up is to copy the data and portrait.big from the game into mvpedit. anyway, now the portraits show up but when i want to change them by clicking on the portrait square in mvpedit, it lets me change the portrait and alpha, but when i click ok, it goes back to the original portrait. when i did my own portrait edits 3 years ago, i remember having to click the 'delete fsh' in some part of the process, but can't remember when. i talked with someone else regarding this on a different post and he mentioned he didn't have to click the delete fsh button. it seemed like i could do it without the delete fsh button too before i downloaded and installed a total portraits package
