Question About Fielding Play

Hello,

Does it's possible in the menu option ( or with a MVP utility tools able to do that)to choose a fielding option aka High Heat baseball series, where the fielding player have a circle under his foot and a circle where he must run to catch the ball in play ?

and does it's possible to play fielding but with automatic throwning (I mean I play simply the run to catch and not the throw).
