MarkB
We've been noticing an issue for a few months now with users uploading files to the Downloads section which, subsequently, can't be downloaded by users. The file size on the page will state Unknown, and when clicking the Download File link on the download page, a message similar to the below will be shown. If this occurs, something has caused an issue with the upload being stored on the server - usually because, for one reason or another, the upload was terminated prematurely or wasn't completed. If this occurs, the uploader must re-upload a copy of the file. This can be done by visiting the download page, clicking the "Edit file" button on the bottom right, and going through the normal process of uploading the file. When the upload is complete, the file name will be shown in the Files section. After this has been done, please ensure that you click the "Update submission" button at the bottom of the page. If the update submission button is not clicked, the download will not be updated. Apologies for any hassle this may cause. We're not sure if it's an issue with the server or it's on the user's side, but at least we know how to fix it. Please provide feedback in this thread if this either does or doesn't work for you if you experience the issue, and some details of your configuration, particularly which browser and browser version you are using, and which operating system you are running. Thanks.

Thanks. I too had trouble d/ling the patch, so I went to 2ksports.com and got the patch there, and it installed with no problems.
MarkB
I just got the issue corrected with SSX's patch upload, so that should be working fine now. Third time lucky.
