baseballfans
A federal appeals court dealt a blow today to the perjury case against home run king Barry Bonds, ruling that prosecutors can't use evidence of 3 positive steroid tests because Bonds' trainer refused to testify about them. Bonds' trainer, Greg Anderson, who arranged the 2000 and 2001 tests and delivered the samples to a laboratory, refused to testify to the grand jury and spent a year in prison for contempt of court. http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lanow/2010/06/drugtest-evidence-against-barry-bonds-inadmissible-appeals-court-says.html
