Mvpedit Problem

I'm working on the rosters in MVPEdit, tweaking one of the newer .mbe files out there, and when I go to export the files to the game, I get an error saying a farm team doesn't have 20-25 players. When I Check Errors, I find out there's 3 teams giving that error, but they all have exactly 25 players. I've tried take one off/put back on, take some off/put back on, close/restart, nothing rectifies. Didn't get that error when I Checked Errors last night before I started tweaking.

EDIT: I just cut someone off those teams to Free Agents and it got rid of the error so I exported, went into the game and looked at them, those teams had a "Default Default 1B" player on them, I figure I can just cut "him" and add the dropped players when I start my new dynasty. But has anyone else had this, and am I in for more problems down the line?
