Editing Players Fielding Attributes To Achieve Errors

I know it might be a little late, but im just know getting back into 2k10 after not playing for 3 months. I hear so many mixed opinions about it I want to play it again because I never really gave it that much of a chance because of having the show also.

Just wondering has anybody tried decreasing the fielders attributes in the roster editor to c if you will get more life like results with errors. I know every player has a 100 rating at there position and there are also some other atrributes like glove, accuracy, arm strength, anticipation.

Just wondering of any of you guys have tried this. I did it the yankees and ive seen some throwing inaccuracies. But ive seen the same error twice in 24 hours and they come when you bunt and the ball is rushed throwed, they ruled the CPU with an error. To this date I think I have yet to commit one.

Let me know, lead some feedback.

Thanks

I believe it was officially acknowledged by the 2k development team that errors aren't present in the game. It was something people wanted them to patch, but they replied that it wouldn't be possible in the 2010 version of the game.

Its kind of funny that 2k would say that. I really dont think they know what is in there game. I have seen errors comitted by the CPU and I actually comitted one myself with Robinson Cano. I set the throw meter to 0 with no green zone and released it all the way at the top. It caused a bad throw to first base pulling Texeria off of the bag. it was ruled an error. But the only errors I have seen were throwing, no bobbled ground balls or dropped fly balls.
