AlecTrev
When you install new rosters, it does not apply to your roster saves. However, if I go into MVP edit and change teams, will that apply to roster saves? I want to turn down the IBB rate for all teams but I don't want to have to put in all the time I spent messing with my rosters. If there's any other files I can edit or any other way to reduce the IBB rate, please let me know, but a search seems to indicate that such edits are unlikely. You could try using Tywiggins' roster-import exporter, but it never worked for me. It allows you to open up roster saves in MVPedit. You'll need to be a member at MLBMods to download it though. AlecTrev
Hmmm... I actually had that tool from MLBMods but when I try to open it, it pops up in the little black window but then closes up again. I thought maybe I had to drag my roster save (update.sav) onto either MVP2005exporter.exe or MVP2005importer.exe, but that didn't do anything. I also tried taking .dat files from the database and dragging them onto it, but that does nothing either. I've been searching as much as I can, but there doesn't seem to be much on how to use it. Maybe it's an issue with windows 7, I'll try it on my old computer later. If this doesn't work, are there any other ways to lower IBB rates? It actually comes with a file called "Readme," with a explanation of how to use it.
