furball
Sometimes on fielding plays one of more of the following icons will show up as the play ends: shoe, glove and/or baseball. At first I thought these might indicate that speed, fielding ability or throwing ability were involved in the play, but I really see no pattern after all these years. Anyone know what they represent? Thanks!

Thanks! The shoe: A speed rating above 75. The glove: A fielding rating equal to or greater that 85. The baseball with speed lines: A throwing strength rating equal to or greater that 85. The bat: I forget the actual ratings, but he's a good hitter.
