udwph
File Name: SC - 95' A New Approach 2K11 File Submitter: udwph File Submitted: 24 Mar 2011 File Updated: 02 Apr 2011 File Category: Uniforms and Accessories 95' A New Approach The team experimented with a Sunday jersey in 1995. It featured the logo the team rarely uses these days, (the tiger crawling out of the Olde English D) though it has never “officially” been retired. It was a navy blue jersey with orange, blue and white piping along the shoulders and sleeves. It was dropped after one Sunday at Tiger Stadium because owner Mike Illitch said it was not up to the “Detroit Tiger look” and the team has never worn an alternate jersey again (not counting the Negro league uniforms and an occasional road throwback). Installation: Copy the filef to your C:\Program Files\2K Sports\MLB 2K11 folder (backup your original file first). To replace any of the jerseys So you know, the file is uniform_det_bph.iff so that is the file to replace. Enjoy!!! I will be making some more soon.......... From DonSPa: I would like to suggest that u download a program called the generic mod enabler. U can get it from the following site... http://www.users.on.net/~jscones/software/products-jsgme.html. This is a good way to keep ur original files in place and put the modded unis in a folder called MODS. U can make several subfolder in here of the different modded uniforms from myself or anyone else that makes unis. Then run the enabler and enabler which mods u wanna use at the moment. Then start the game up and u will be able to access the mods.If u want to go back to the originals just turn off the enabler. LouisvilleLipp
Good job. Is the white trim on the hat just for spring training?
udwph
Good job. Is the white trim on the hat just for spring training? Not sure, I have seen other teams wear that style as well. Most are using that style with their bating practice uniform, But the Tigers have been wearing that hat with their home whites.
dennisjames71
Wow, you really learned that Fraps program quickly. Great job on making those cool-looking baseball cards and using a video to show off the uniforms. Good stuff bud. :good:
rroy0824
Not sure, I have seen other teams wear that style as well. Most are using that style with their bating practice uniform, But the Tigers have been wearing that hat with their home whites. All teams have a hat just with different colors and are worn with the batting practice/spring training jerseys. The Tigers use them for spring training, but unlike most teams never wear their spring training uniforms so thats why you see them with the home whites. Also, I think they never wear the orange D hats in spring training. I think they wear the white D/white lines with the normal road uniforms. I think St. Louis does the same thing. Anyway nice jerseys, I hope the Tigers never try an alternate jersey again, but as a concept jersey these look great. Also, nice icon The only question I have is why is there a Nike logo on the sleeve? Not a big deal just wondering :)
