WindyCHC165
I don't trust Wood and Prior to win 15 games. They're both unreliable, can't pitch long into games, they're not big-game pitchers, and they're always injured. Well they dont go around punching their lockers and break their wrists and bring down the team's chemistry. Also talk about big-game pitchers, who do the yankees have that are reliable? Johnson yea but the guy is like 42 years-old. Wright,Brown and Mussina arent even worth talking comparing to wood and prior. Pavano had just one good year with era over 4. Wood and Prior have much more to prove
krawhitham
After watching those 'trade tracker' videos with the new Sammy, im pretty sure they went back and changed the roster cutoff date... Sammy will probably be on Baltimore but they had Arod videos with the Yankees last year

Wood and Prior have much more to prove Kyle Farnsworth kicked a fan and injured himself last season but he's no longer a Cub. A Cubs fan talking about team chemistry is a joke. The Cubs had to dump all of their best players (Sosa, Alou, Farnsworth, and Mercker) because of their bad attitudes. The entire team blamed their losing on the announcers, Steve Stone and Chip Carey. And guess what? Both Steve Stone and Chip Carey are gone too! What a joke.
mrg1
last year, the cubs were just as good a team as my Cardinals, they just couldnt stay healthy im not so sure what to expect of them this year, but they they almost have to have a better record this year than last
LetsPlay2
Speaking of funny injuries, didn't Slammin' Sammy sit out a couple games because he sneezed and pulled a muscle in his back? hahahahaha.... EA must be pulling these rankings out of a hat. I can understand ranking the Sox where they did, but some of the other ones are just plain wrong. You can trust them to win around 20, each....Prior had an off-season last year, but you should certainly look forward to him getting that 2.43 ERA again and lead the league in SO's... They have great stuff. But Ben Sheets is the best damn pitcher in all of baseball, period. I would trade Randy or Pavano or Wright for him any day. I mean, his K/BB ratio is inhuman. The guy's curveball is more evil than Hitler. Sheets is a monster.

Wood has never won more than 14 and in 6 season he has only been healthy 2 years His era last season was his 2nd highest ever he has a career .573 winning PCT so if my some miracle he stays healthy he will start 34 games Also Wood gets a decision in 71 % of his starts so (34*.71).573=how many games he will win this season 14 WINS there is no way he increases his career margin by 140%
RonBurgundy
I say Randy is Better than either of them... But if I could start a team around any player, it would be Ben Sheets.

jg2977
Do these rankings really mean anything? All that matters is winning the World Series and being #1 - which is what the Yankees will be after I complete my first season! :D
