Is 'dressed To The Nines' Kaput?

Since I use the "Baseball Hall of Fame.org/Dressed to the Nines" website to get images of how each year's baseball uniforms look for modding purposes; I thought I would post this here.

I've been trying to get on this site for the past 3 days from 4 different computers/tablets and the site is not up. I've tried to do some reseach, but does anyone know what's going on with this website? This is my greatest resource for making classic uniforms and I hope it's just a temporary thing. :unknw:

Anyway, here is the url of my bookmark for the site:

I didn't see it either Dennis. All I got when I searched for it was this: "No web site is configured at this address." And I didn't understand that because the Hall of Fame site is still up.

I am hoping that this site is temporarily down and not permanent.

None of their online exhibits are available, so maybe this is just temporary.

Hey thanks for all of your input guys. Dylan, thank you so much for taking the time to send them an e-mail…I had also sent them one to let them know too. I personally, believe the situation is temporary also, at least I hope it is. :db:

agree here. i use them a lot for my stuff to. i also use to look threw and what years appeal to me to this stuff. i have the two books the unfirom images are based on, but that only goes up when Colorado and fla had been in the majors a couple of years.

No problem.

The only thing I can think of is they forgot to transfer their new address (http://baseballhall.org) to their Online Exhibit pages (baseballhalloffame.org/dressed_to_the_nines/index.htm).

Hopefully it's resolved! :)

I woke up this morning to an e-mail from the Baseball Hall of Fame in my inbox. Thinkng I had been inducted, I quickly opened it up to realize they were replying to my e-mail regarding the Dressed to the Nines Online Exhibit:

Dylan:

Thank you very much for your note! We are having an internal server

issue with the Dressed to the Nines exhibit. We are currently working on

this problem.

Thank you again for your support of the Hall of Fame!

Sincerely,

Craig Muder

Director of Communications

National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum

So, it looks like the problem is temporary. Which is great news! :D

Dylan,

That is excellent news! I also received a similar e-mail from them this morning too. Wow, with the quick response time from these guys at the Baseball Hall of Fame; can we hire them to run government agencies and utility companies? Nah...maybe not...the Hall of Fame guys would be far too efficient for government standards. Thanks again for the heads-up Dylan...always the class-act. :clapping:

I was surprised that they responded back so quickly as well.

You're welcome, DJ! Thank you for keeping this site great!
