Bernie_Mo_and_Jeter
I have a emachines computer that I bought in July 2004. Will MVP run smooth for me? Do I need to buy a graphics card? What is a good controller that I would be fimiliar with since I usually play baseball games on my PS2. Thanks!
timay
ok.... you can use mvp 2005 depending on how good your vidro card is and how much ram and disc space...so on and so fourth you can use your PS2 controller, just buy a PS2 to USB conversion adapter online or from your local radio shack. you should post your system stats so i have a better grasp on how well the game could be played
YankeexDev
hey Will, you know who it is. What video card do you have? how much ram?
JP_Frost
first of all, post the specs of your computer and/or your graphics card. second, there are a bunch of threads devoted to the usage of certain controllers. Some work and some don't. I believe that not alot of people have had problems with the saitek gamepads...and I myself use a thrustmaster wingman cordless, which has worked very well for mvp 2004. use the search button before you ask a question. BleedingCubbyBlue
It looks like you have on-board graphics and no actual graphics card. How much RAM do you have? What kind of processor?

Gamingboy
Only problem I see is the Graphics... Intel Graphics last year were a little screwy, every white in a uniform was intensified greatly, really distracting.... One of the reasons I got a new PC (custom built)
Bernie_Mo_and_Jeter
So can my PC handle the game? There should be a lot of space since I only got AOL and iTunes.
BleedingCubbyBlue
You should be okay. You may have to dial down the graphics a bit, but it should run.
JP_Frost
I'm sorry if I came off rude, wasn't my intention I think your comp can handle the game, but you prolly won't be able to run it at the highest resolution.
Bernie_Mo_and_Jeter
It's all good dude. Oh I see. What would you reccomend to help enhance my MVP gameplay? Cause I want to run it at it's full potential. Thanks agian.

Bernie_Mo_and_Jeter
I will just get the game by itself and see how it is. I really can't afford to much at the time.
JP_Frost
yeah, that's the best thing to do. Just see how the game runs and if you cannot run it at the highest resolution then try to get a radeon 9600xt video card or something.

Pared
Why not try the MVP 2004 demo, found on EA's MVP 2004 site? The games will basically be very similar in terms of graphics. If you can run 2004 well, you should be fine with 2005.
