I would install facepack ver. 1.3 (2010) and then the 2011 facepack immediately after that. Both found on this page:

http://mlbmods.com/i.../mvp-cyberfaces

Also, if you applied one of the official patches AFTER you installed the 08 mod, that may not have been wise. Patches are not needed with the 08 mod.

Now, after you try these things. Let us know if it was successful or not and don't be like others who ask for a suggestion, and we never hear from them. It may be of use to others as well.

Do not install the game normally.

Create folder

Put 08 mod (TiT file) in folder

Put TiT application in folder

Open TiT and point it to the 08 mod. Follow instructions (have disks ready)

Test to see if it runs

If ok, add rosters

Then add other mods as wanted.

Ok friends ...

Uninstall the game and reinstalled, tried the game and it workedwell, save the database folder. With MVPedit opened the file. Mbeand asked her to export the files to the database, then open the game but again damaged when a game is going to start ....

I'll keep trying and will continue to count.

Finally, I opened the file. Mbe, create a new folder and export the files to the folder you created, copy the files in the folder andreplace them with those of the original database but neitherworked. I realize that I will not work because the part of ManageRoster and I realize that the photos that appear in the MPVedit not get in the game, such as Rafael Furcal out with the Dodgers cap inMPVedit but the game, still comes with the Atlanta Braves. I hope you can help me to know what the problem is as I have done everything they told me but nothing worked

About the BaseUp! Rosters 2011 Files 1.0 why is it that some batters have a better rating against their weak side? Some LHB have a better contact and power against LHP, and same goes to other RHB, isn't it weird? and some hitters that hit above .300 this season has only 75 contact and also some hitters that hit 35+ Homeruns has a low batting power.

I'm using the NY Yankees and i realized that some of my batters have a low batting contact and powers..

You sort of hijacked the thread, but in relation to your statement, that's the reality of the stats. Some batters DO have better numbers against same sided pitchers. (See ARod's splits from this past year: equal BA vs. rights/lefties and better slugging vs. righties http://www.baseball-...1&year=2011&t=b and career: http://www.baseball-...year=Career&t=b). Then again, he's seen righties more than 3x as much.

Also, it's not based on just this past year, but I did work in stats from this year in my latter versions. The numbers are a combination of last year/this year versus the last 5 year splits, if a player played enough games in that time frame, which most have. I did this so that a player doesn't get inflated attributes just because he had one good year. Also, 75 contact is a respectable number. Don't get overly tied into the number. It's all relative.

With a 75 contact and decent power, plus depending on your sliders and if you pre-load the bat, HR"s should happen. When you say "low", what do you mean exactly? Low to me is in the 40's and 50's. You might have homer team blindness too. Here's what I mean....

Looking at my last roster, 62 guys assigned to the MLB teams have a 75 or greater contact vs. lefties. That's about 2/team. The Yankees have 3 (Jeter, Cano, Cervelli). 45 guys have 75 or greater vs. righties. That's about 1.5/team. The Yankees have 3 (Arod, Jeter and Cano). So comparatively, they're ahead of the average.

As far as power, 66 guys have 80 or greater vs. lefties, 6 are Yankees, well above the average. 73 guys have 80 or better vs. righties, 5 are Yanks.

I'm not saying that they don't deserve that kind of split. Teams should have unevenness throughout. But consider that the Yankees were 7th overall in team average this year and their slugging was 3rd. If you scroll through the teams, the Yankees batting ranking is top 5. But the ratings I have also take into account the past 5 years COMPARED to how they did in '10 and quite possibly '11.

Of course, you're always welcome to use the editor and make them a super power, but comparatively, they already are a top 3 team in the game.
