richarderik
I see aj burnett is still on the yankees even though he was traded over a month ago. Is this the same as last year where you were stuck with whatever players were available when you started your franchise? Is there a simple way to keep the rosters up to date during the season? one of the things i found most maddening about the last version was that it was impossible to keep an accurate roster Edited March 11, 2012 by richarderik
DetroitStyle
You can manage your roster from the main menu. Hit the right stick to bring up the option and go to roster management.
richarderik
I think you mis understand - I mean even the games that are supposedly mirror the actual season have rosters that are way off - You know the ones that suppsedly update every time you log in
DetroitStyle
Those are only based off of 2K official roster updates. They only update every week, if that. The new season mode though should update every day but that's ONLY when the actual regular season starts. So for now, what you see is what you get. richarderik
that seems to defeat the whole purpose of spring training - you would want to see the players and compare their performance in the game to real life there are guys on the yankee roster that have either been traded released or are completely ficticious - seems they could throw a sports nut wtih a little computer savy to record stats and make accurate player profiles - still a fun game - better than all those mindless shoot em ups
