JP_Frost
I have the same issue with the Dbacks jersey select screen showing the old ones. Which brings me to my question -- should the new Dbacks jerseys still have the purple/green jersey number and name? that's the way it shows up in my game, dunno if it's supposed to be like that. anyway, terrific job! JP_Frost
that's what I thought. The spring training uniforms do have the right color for the name and number. Also, the Arizona away jerseys are pretty much white.

Royal Blues
Two things - 1 - Thanks KC for your response on the importing jerseys 2 - If I change my mvp 07 directory to MVP Baseball 2005 can I install this mod and then change it back to MVP 07? Here's one thing you can do, if you don't plan on using the models.big file in your '05 folder: Copy the models.big file from your '07 folder to your '05 folder, then do the same for the uniforms.big file, which is in the frontend folder. Install KC's mod to your '05 folder like you normally would, then copy the models.big and uniforms.big files back over. Just make sure you put the uniforms.big folder back into the frontend folder. Royal Blues
Ok, correct me if I'm mistaken, but I'm assuming the only baseball folder under your EA Sports folder is MVP Baseball 2007, and that has all of the folders, icons, everything else that would be included in a default MVP 2005 installation. If that's the case, you should only need to rename your folder to MVP Baseball 2005, install KC's mod, then rename it back to however you had it named before. Gordo
I had the same question, RB. But what I found was that all I had to do was unzip the installer into my main MVP2007 folder. I ran the installer, and named the destination folder as MVP2007. It indicated that the folder was already created and do I want to overwrite it, to which I responded "yes". You can then watch the files then uninstall to the main folder and automatically continue from there. Then I checked my "uniforms" file properties (i.e., rested my mouse overtop of it) and it indicated that it was modified at the time that I did so. And this is great! Once I installed the 1x unis and set my vid card at mid-range for both D3D and OpenGL, the weird post-pitch and 3rd to 1st throw stuttering were practically gone for 2007. Nice kc...thx! 59FIFTY
Ok i did not search the tread but i think its asked before: Can you make a 4X edition if you have some spare time?

Royal Blues
There are many problems with making uniforms 4x. First off, everything would have to be redone from scratch, from the scripts and logos to the jersey and pant textures to the piping and pinstripes. The reasoning for that (as most of you probably already know) is you can downsize a 2x graphic to 1x without losing quality. If you try to upsize to 4x, it'll look horrible. Secondly, the file size would be pretty damn big. Thirdly, most people's computers wouldn't be able to handle two teams wearing 4x uniforms along with modded stadiums. Kccitystar
Ok i did not search the tread but i think its asked before: Can you make a 4X edition if you have some spare time? People have problems enough with 2X and 1X, imagine 4X.
Kccitystar
A fixture in the organization, Vukovich spent 31 of his 41 years in the sport wearing red pinstripes. The most important were the 17 straight -- from 1988-2004 -- that he spent as a Phillies coach, working with six different managers and showing extreme loyalty to each. Vukovich will be remembered this season with a black patch sewn onto Phillies uniforms. http://mlb.mlb.com/news/article.jsp?ymd=20...t=.jsp&c_id=mlb Expect more changes next week. TwentySeven
For some reason the Yankees pinstripes don't seem very striped in your 1X. Don't know if it's an issue with the 1X or me or whatever, and I haven't checked the Philly pinstripes. However, it definitely seems that the latest pinstripes aren't as dark compared to in the past. Here is a pic: http://img98.imageshack.us/my.php?image=pinszq7.png Seems more gray to me. I dunno.
fred13
KC, the game crashes at the uniform select screen with the Rangers. At least for me it does.

It should be common knowledge that there is no possible way to achieve detail like that in 1X.
Gordo
True.....decided to try to get my own example of Yanks pinstripes in action....who knew it would be on a diving catch at the wall! But clearly 1x can only do so much. But I think 27's player resolution is set on low by the look of his pic. Here's mine: Do have a question, though..... does the installer just take away the unnecessary files and the previous installer or does it revert to the previous unis that were there?
Kccitystar
The uninstaller will only clean up the files in the directory Total MLB was installed in. It won't revert the unis back to EA's defaults, but it will remove the files that came with the installer.
maddux31
I just found Fred13's crash post. This is the same as mine. The jersey selection screen for the rangers crash after you go to advance to the game. I do have the 07patch from eamods.com and this did not happen until I had installed the new 1.16 jersey pack. Any help??
Kccitystar
I am aware of this issue, and it is due to a problem with the slots in the rangers uniform file. I'll see if I can fix this strange phenomenon.
Kccitystar
On second thought, I am not experiencing any problems
maddux31
KC, it is not crashing for you? RaptorQuiz is having the same problem? This is odd? I believe I was fine with 1.15 now I am using 1.16 and when I select rangers home alternate it crashes....
RaptorQuiz
I haven't tested for the issue. I was taking your word for it. Actually, I still have v1.15 installed (1x version). Is anyone else having ANY crashes at any of the uniform selection screens? It would be useful to know how limited this problem is. Also - is the issue you're having with the 1x or 2x version of the mod?
maddux31
It is crashing, it does this when I select their home alt. jersey. Fred13 a couple post back is having the same issue. That is how I knew to go test it. And sure enough it crashed.. The home/away appear to be fine, however it's the alternate that seems to crash it. I'm using 2X.
