Unzip the file and extract it to your MLB 2k12 main folder. The cyberface has the number 6297. You need Ty's editor to assigN Clay Hensley the face ID 6297 and change the skintone to 1. I know the headshape doesn't match Clay 100% but I didn't find any better ingame. When I find one that does match Clay Hensley I will upload a V2. At least it is better than a generic cyberface.
