BSU-FAN
I have been going through replacing hundreds of cyberfaces in my rosters and taking out the modded faces that are in definite need of more work and replacing them with better ones that are already in the game. So here is my question...Can I just zip all of my player_head.iff files and post them with my next roster release or do rules on this site prevent me from posting any original files from 2K? For the modded faces I use I would obviously credit DetroitStyle, wudl83, and ScottyBilly for the hard work they put into the faces I use in my roster. If this is possible it would make this release much much more complete. I am really hoping that there isn't anything prohibiting me from doing so. If anyone knows the answer to my question please let me know ASAP since I'm getting very close to finishing up with all 30 teams cyberfaces. This would make it much easier then trying to download the hundreds of individual faces from this site and figure out what players to assign them to. Plus many of the ones people would download have now been removed from the rosters... making them irrelevant.
cody8200
Go for it. I'm not a lawyer but considering those files have nothing to do with the exe files and can't be used without buyimg mlb2k12, what's the harm? niharjhatn
I don't think there would be harm. I've modded other games and used props from the original game devs (think props etc for levels) - people do this all the time. So yeah no problem. And it would make some of the cyberfaces MUCH easier to manage... :D
