DonkeyJote Posted April 26, 2012 Share Posted April 26, 2012 Does anyone know of a way to unlock Inside Edge Reports in franchise mode without having to use your budget to do so? It's always bugged me that for some reason, I don't have access to a simple scouting report when I play a team (but they all seem to have access to one for me).
