Copy the iff into your MLB 2k12 main folder and overwrite the old file. Sadly I didn't find a better headshape so I couldn't give him his dreadlocks. Also his tattoo on the right neck is missing, I didn't find a good picture for it, only really bad ones. Maybe you will notice some differences between his face color and the skin color of his arms when playing night games. I noticed for a lot of dark players those issues. Must be a 2k problem, since I have this problem also with unedited cyberfaces.
