Xbox players are online all the time. Agree 100%. It's hit and miss (pardon the pun) at best. And even if you are lucky enough to get in a game with someone, the lag kills any enjoyment. Best to stay with offline play. It must be some kind of secret fraternity that actually uses 2K12 on a regular basis online.
