slovencore
When i first put in the game the grass was all static and the game was real choppy. I put up my AA and AF and the choppyness went away, but my grass is still ridiculously ugly. does anyone have any idea how to fix this or am i stuck? I have a: AMD Athalon 2500 1.83 GeForce FX5600 256MB - (that might be the problem) 1GB Mushkin 3200 DDR
olyrunner
Yes, the grass is very sparkly. I'm sure we'll see some great improvements as stadium mods are released.

raindelay7
yes, my grass is terrible... it believe it has to do with the screen resolution - on mvp 2004 i could play at 1024X768X32 but for some reason i can only play 2005 at 800X600X32... I am not sure if it is a videocard problem or not...i am being given the option to set to 1024X768X32 but it is clearly not displaying that resolution on field in-game btw all other textures are great. what is your resolution set at? and what does it set it at when you auto-detect? mcoll
they only th e grass appears static to me is when the feilding is being doen by arial view .when the end of the innig or in the batter pitching spots of the game its looks real and better than what we've had before. i'm running on on 1024x768z32 so its something from the way the grass and effects of lighting ae are wit hthrows files, i don't its anyone vid cards from what being discribed here. we'll see as time goes on. The appearance of my grass sucks as well. It's very fuzzy....When I run auto-detect the game sets my resolution at 800x600x32. Everything is detected at the highest settings as well. I haven't tried changing my screen resolution yet. I figure it's my video card since it's ancient - Radeon 9200 128MB, BUT MVP 2004 ran flawless on my system last year and the requirements for this year's game have changed very little. MVP has also been to known to run better on lower end systems like mine lsat year. I'm going to play around with the AA and AF and see if I can reduce the choppyness....... A little help here...what's AA and AF? My grass sucks too, but the choppyness is bad...I didn't have it with 2004. By the way, I like the new mini-games. The_Super
I have alredy changed the grass with our last year grass and it does not fix the sparkly apperance its like they left the filter out of it. I am working on xbox version so that might be the problem but last years was not like this. I hope I can figure it out as I cant stand that flicker its annoying bad. I have not bought it for pc yet so I dont know The_Super
