sdhoover1115 Posted August 9, 2012 Share Posted August 9, 2012 Hi Guys, I have been playing MVP 2012 and loving it!, Great Job Guys. One Problem i am trying to replace dodger stadium with paulw's ebbits field. I am using 64bit Windows 7. At first it gave me a file permision error but i took ownership of the files. But when i copy the ebbits field file over the dodday file and start the game dodger stadium is the same, no changes at all. I have tried everything i can think of, i am not sure why the changes are not taking effect. Any help would be appreciated! Jim825 Posted August 10, 2012 Share Posted August 10, 2012 What folder did you copy the file to? Did you verify that the file had a different date on it than the version included in MVP12? Here's a really silly question -- When you said that you "started the game", did you get past the stadium select page and actually see Dodger Stadium or are you saying that when you went to select the stadium, you still saw the Dodger Stadium selection and didn't see a selection that said "Ebbets Field"? sdhoover1115 Posted August 10, 2012 Author Share Posted August 10, 2012 (edited) I copied to my C drive mvp2005/data/stadiums folder. the dates changed like the files updated, but when run the game, still dodger stadium. Yeah i actually started an exibition game to make sure. I know it's wierd. Also i its on a new computer, with windows 7 and a 64 bit system.
