Schrades
I have the editor up and got my rosters set. My question is where do I save the .mbe file and what do I have to remove so that this roster becomes my default. Thanks

stecropper
If you already have a valid .mbe Roster File you then "Export" it to the "database" directory within the "data" directory of MVP 2005. Make sure you click and select the database directory prior to Exporting. Once you have successfully exported your .mbe file you start up MVP 2005 and select Manage Rosters and then select Reset Rosters. This causes the .mbe files you exported from MVPEdit to become the default roster within the game.
rglass95
The readme file located in the MVPedit install directory will help you with this.

vinnycast27
although i dont have the game, i'd love to know the answer myself because before i start my owner/dynasty season i'd love to have an up to date roster to work with. :D
DirtyDozen
Is it possible with MVP Edit (or any other utility) to export a copy of the game's player database to Excel or Access, or as a .csv or .txt file? If this is possible, is it also do-able for Owner Mode - where you could potentially have a fantasy draft and then export the new player database (with players distributed to new teams) this way?
