ddbaseball21 Posted February 25, 2005 Share Posted February 25, 2005 In three games with the Cubs, I had a combine 5 k's. This was with 3 strikeout pitchers, Prior, Wood, and Zombie. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me? I'm playin on MVP difficulty with no sliders changed. If anyone could help that would be great, it is very frustrating that it is not realistic when it comes to pitching. I believe the problem is because the batters seem to swing at every pitch, they never take the first one or anything, thanx. Its not very hard, you just have to throw out of the strike zone to get a few more of them. Still tweaking sliders to attempt to produce the most realistic results based on Players Skills. Strikeouts realism on CPU vs CPU is causing me the greatest challenge. I could get a realistic # of k's in 2004, but in 05 i'm not getting more than 2 per game if that, with k pitchers. Thats actually the way I've been playing my dynasty so far. I'm gettng about 2-3 walks a game and 5-10 Ks a game as well.
