This season they are apparently wearing them as throwback/alternates for select home games. Just install the uniform pack with TiT. *I've also included the Uniform Select image <above> for these uniforms and they are numbered accordingly. **Special thanks to KCcitystar for providing me with some additional/official graphics (namely the shoulder patch) so that these could be accurate.
