azn03bplayer
I just downloaded the MVP12 mod. I started a dynasty and tried to update the current year to 2013. However, the tywiggins schedule updater that I have doesn't work. A black screen pops up and then closes itself. What do I do?
azn03bplayer
Or if anyone has a working one in which you can change the year and dates...would it be possible to send it to me? Thanks!
nextairjordan
yep, i'm looking for the same thing. if anybody knows where i could find it, i would be very appreciative
Gordo
It sounds like you're trying to use it without running the current season that you want to change. That is, either your game is not running at all or you're in some different mode.
WithAuthority
I'm having this problem too. With the 1994 mod, i go to the team select screen like it says, then i minimize out of mvp, and run the schedule program. I get the black box, and I cant type '1' or anything in there. Then it closes
MetsFan826
Has anyone been able to fix this problem? I'm having this issue with the Schedule Updater as well.
Gordo
Are you on Windows 7 or 8? With W7, the Ty tools I do use seem to take an extraordinary amount of time to "find" the game when it's running, but it does find it. I haven't messed with the updater, however. Just let it sit for a good 5 mins. to see if it finds it.
MetsFan826
I'm running it on Windows 8. I tried running it while MVP was on and it still just opened the black box and closed. It doesn't even look for anything. I just see a black box appear and disappear.
Gordo
Last I looked it requires (these are official microsoft.com links): If you have 32 bit windows, you may need to install these:Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistrubutable Package (x86)Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package (x86) If you have 64 bit windows, you may need to install these:Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x64)Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package (x64)
MetsFan826
I tried downloading both for the 64-bit but my PC wouldn't let me install .NET Framework 2.0 as it says it isn't compatible. I already have .NET Framework 3.5 and 4 so am I okay with those? I downloaded and installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 but the schedule updater still wont stay open. Where exactly do I have to be in MVP when I get out of the window and open the updater?
