yukon2k
i've downloaded both kerm's and the DATUpdate files and extracted them into the c:program filesea sportsmvp baseball 2005datadatabase files as instructed in the readme file, but i can't get them to import into mvpedit. when i try to import the roster.dat into mvpedit, it gives me a "runtime error 3163 - the field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add - try inserting or pasting less data". i originally extracted the DATUpdate files into the files directory path mentioned above and i thought it was supposed to overwrite the previous roster and update it like it said in the readme file, but when i started the game, clicked on roster management, loaded the default roster (it was the only one listed when i clicked on the load roster button), and clicked free agents, it still showed some players in the free agent list that had been signed a long time ago - like loaiza, sele, etc., so i know that the DATUpdate roster didn't change the original roster or didn't show up as a separate roster. what did i do wrong? i tried contacting kpf but haven't heard back
