Satsujin
I seem to notice this a lot more in the minors but how can this happen exactly ? I did read there was a bug if someone was on the DL , they'd be unhappy all year but don't know if this is true or not. Any hints are appreciated .. seems like all the minor league team players are unhappy but I'm owning the MLB with my Washington Nationals in dynasty mode .. 52-6 on rookie mode. Still making stupid baserunning errors so wanna do one season at rookie level.
GoRedSox34
Each player on your team has a contract which includes their expected playing time. If you have a second baseman who is consistently not playing, but his contract says that he is an everyday player, he will definitely be unhappy. On the other hand, some players have a contract in which they agreed to be bench players, so their happiness will not be affected. You'll see what I mean if you check the contract section of the "player info" tab when viewing your team's rosters.
GoRedSox34
Also included in their contracts is their expected level in the organization. The problem could be that one of your players is expected to be in AAA but is only playing in AA.
